| RMProject |  | In February 2003 at "Tudengi Jazz" international jazz festival in Estonia, Roman presented his own new band: "RomanMiroshnichenkoProject" (RMProject). Enthusiastic public did not let musicians go off the stage and instead of the planned 40-minute performance, they had been playing for more than one hour. Now the band with tremendous success is giving concerts in the cities of Russia, the CIS and Europe playing average up to 150 gigs in one year. RMProject concerts are always sold out and it takes long for Roman to finish the concert since the public does not let him go off the stage and encores. People who came to Roman's concerts for the first time are used to become his devoted fans. RMProject performed in the cities: Donetsk (Ukraine), Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine), Belgorod, Bryansk, Kazan, Kaluga, Kursk, Paris (France), Nida (Lithuania), Kaunas (Lithuania), Trakai (Lithuania), Palanga (Lithuania), Tallinn (Estonia), Istanbul (Turkey), Lipetsk, Gagra(Abkhazia), Voronezh, Volgograd, Yaroslavl, Tolyatti, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Orel, Stary Oskol, Tula, Kostroma, Vologda, Irkutsk, Angarsk, Sasovo, Egorievsk, Domodedovo, Noginsk, Balabanovo, Perm, Ekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Minsk (Belarus), Saint Petersburg, Moscow. RMProject's format conception can vary from trio to quintet, and sometimes joins the string quartet. The "Trio" format is the basic concept of the project during the present period. RMProject band consists of known Moscow musicians: | | Roman Miroshnichenko (guitars) |  | is one of the most prominent virtuosos in Russian contemporary jazz. The Independent 9th Annual Music Awards Nominee. He performed and recorded with world-renowned music stars: Al Di Meola, Djivan Gasparyan, Frank Colon, Joao Donato, Saskia Laroo, Richie Cole, Milcho Leviev, Mario Parmisano and Russian jazz stars: Leonid Vintskevich, Igor Bril, Igor Butman, Alexey Zubov, Bril brothers, to name a few. His guitar is heard in soundtracks for popular Russian TV series and movies, on the albums of Russian pop music stars. Roman's playing is characterized by bright melodies, clear improvisational thinking, ability to use multiple stylistics, rich technique and equal control over acoustic and electric versions of the instrument. Roman is the official Ovation Guitars endorser in Russia and ex-USSR countryes. Roman Miroshnichenko, born in 1977, started to study drums at the age of 11, but in wasn't until he was 14 when he picked up the guitar for the first time. From 1994 to 1999, Roman was the member of his father, Maxim Miroshnichenko's Big Band, while he getting higher education as the engineer in the Dnepropetrovsk University in Ukraine. After graduation in 2000, Roman enrolled in the Moscow State University of Culture, Jazz Guitar speciality. Since 2003, Roman founded RMProject, his own band he tours CIS and Europe with ever since and is a frequent visitor and headliner to most prestigious jazz festivals. | | Valery Tchernook (drums) |  | Born in 1969. At the begining of his career, Valery worked in Perm, and he wrote "Drums for Galactic" music for the theater of Evgeny Panfilov there. As a session drummer Valery took part in records and shows: Jessie Jones, Nilda Fernandes, Sergey Manukian, "Violin-Jazz", Theater of Stanislavski, Moscow Philarmonic Orchestra. Also Valery has recorded many tracks for movies and advertisments. | | Oleg Tarkhov (bass guitar) |  | Has finished the Riga musical college on a "Contrabass" class. Since 1996 Oleg works in Leonid Agutin's group "Esperanto". In 2003 took part in recording of a joint album of Leonid Agutin and Al Di Meola with Anthony Jackson, Vinnie Colaiuta, Gumbi Ortiz featuring. Repeatedly performed at joint concerts Di Meola-Agutin in 2001-2005, in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, the USA, Switzerland(festival "Montreux Jazz 2005").
